To order simply add the items you select in to your shopping cart then click on the “Check Out” link on every page to complete the process (please note the we can only ship each completed order to one address.) For drop shipments please give us a call or e-mail for more details.

Please double-check all ships information. We are not responsible for delayed shipments due to incorrectly entered shipping information.

Shipping Information

For United States delivery: We ship our Chocolate dipped Strawberries, chocolates and all other gifts year-round using Federal Express and UPS. We must have a U.S. street address (no P. O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for delivery.

International Orders please call our costumer service at 1-877-4halgrens during our regular business hours.

Special Note About Strawberries and Fresh Caramel Apples

Strawberries are very delicate. To ensure freshness and quality, we can only ship chocolate dipped strawberries by Federal Express or UPS Overnight delivery. Our caramel apples must be shipped only Overnight or 2nd day air. We have the right to determine the best way of shipment to ensure you the highest quality and freshness.

All strawberries orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. For Saturday delivery information or special delivery requirements please call our costumer service. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Fed Ex and UPS Overnight Delivery Service

In order to ensure that our strawberries are the freshest and the most scrumptious you ever tasted all our fresh dipped strawberries are shipped to our customers the same day they dipped. We guarantee that your product will arrive on the day you selected or you will receive a full replacement or refund.

You can place your order today and specify a future delivery date. Just indicate the date you would like the product to arrive and we take care of the rest.


Local Delivery (call 909-986-4836)

Local delivery is available during normal business hours. Local delivery is defined as 20 miles radius from our store location with a minimum purchase of $25.00 and a small delivery charge of up to $10.00.


Delivery During the Holidays

Due to the enormous volume of orders during the holiday season and to guarantee delivery by day requested order must be placed at least 3 (three) business days prior of the date requested. Please note there will be NO DELIVERIES Dec 25 and Jan 1. We will do every thing humanly possible to deliver your order fresh and on time, is our pledge to you. LOCAL DELIVERY, FEDEX AND UPS are very busy during the holidays to avoid any disappointments please order early.

NOTE: FOLLOWING RATES ARE FOR STANDARD SHIPPIMENTS TO CONTIGUOUS US, EXCLUDING ALASKA, AND HAWAII. SHIPPING RATES FOR ALL DESTINATONS, INCLUDING INTERNATIONAL AND OPTIONAL AIR SERVICE ARE PROVIDED DURING CHECKOUT.


Warm Weather Shipping

Halgrens Candies wants to deliver your order in the best possible condition. Please note that from Apr 10 to Oct 11, special warm weather packaging is required to assure your order arrives perfectly fresh. To accomplish this during warm weather our chocolates are packed in a special box and cold packs. During warm weather we do not ship GROUND orders containing chocolates we can only ship it FEDEX Over night or UPS 2nd day delivery methods determined at the time of shipping. Therefore, it may be additional charges to the regular shipping during this period. Additional charges do not apply to LOCAL DELIVERY.

Important Notes to Remember

When sending your gift to a business, please be aware that FedEx may deliver the product to a shipping department. Please notify your recipient that they will be receiving a perishable package (this also applies to a residential customer as well).
